Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated transit times are 5–7 business days, depending on destination and current order volume. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the day your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email support@easecovery.store. All returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.

Sale items, gift cards, and personal care products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
